Parvati: looking very, very serious

Constant Vigilance!

This is an intensely focused Parvati, on duty guarding the house from all those birds who keep coming to my windowsill to eat the sunflower seeds I put out for them. 

Yes, BIRDS. O.O

She wants everyone to know she is *very* hardworking and will not let them out of her sight for a moment.  The birds want you to know that they have absolutely no fear when it comes to sunflower seedy goodness.

I took this picture with my phone.  Not blurry at all!  Why can't my camera pictures to look at least this crisp? 

I took some pictures of Kali as well, but she looked very cross in the pictures since I woke her from her nap.

Does your camera have a macro setting? The pics you took at the beach were at arms-length, right? Put it on macro for closeups to reduce blurriness. I learnt this when taking close-ups of my cats and food, AHHAHAHAHA!

I must get pictures of Kali though-- by next week she will be suffering the indignities of shaved belly fur (due to her biopsy) and will want to hide from the paparazzi.

Ears forward!

My boss owns two blue abyssinians. When she leaves for work, she points at them and says, "Ears forward, dudes!" Parvati is demonstrating beautifully! Such a fierce girl!
