Thinking about Kielle

I have been thinking about Kielle and how much I miss her. It feels weird to have a journal and not see her witty comments, our fun, fun banter, to not see her on my friendslist. For those who do not know, Kielle was one of my first friends on LiveJournal, and she opened up a world to me.
She has been gone for more than a year and there is still this Kielle-shaped hole in my heart.

She has been gone for more than a year and there is still this Kielle-shaped hole in my heart.
Through Rohan over fen and field where the long grass grows
The West wind comes walking, and about the walls it goes.
'What news from the west, O wandering wind, do you bring to me tonight?
Have you seen Boromir the Tall by moon or by starlight?
'I saw him ride over seven streams, over waters wide and grey;
I saw him walk in empty lands, until he passed away
Into the shadows of the North. I saw him then no more.
The North Wind may have heard the horn of the son of Denethor.'
'O Boromir! From the high walls westward I looked afar,
But you come not from the empty lands where no men are.
Kielle, Happy Valentine's Day. Dear, dear Lady you are so missed.

Date: 2007-02-14 02:40 am (UTC)Ken just came home from grocery shopping (in a blizzard! Dear man) and amongst the packages he hauled in were two perfect anjou pears, and an avocado, his Valentine's Day gifts. To see those, and this post all in a span of moments..... just... yeah.
*hugs hard*
